Responsibilities

• Ensure effective and efficient delivery of all Operational Activities, including Bottled Water Machines
• Manage a team including Water Delivery Drivers, Technicians and Stock and Inventory Controllers
• Ensure SLAs are met daily for water deliveries, installations, services and repairs
• Ensure vehicle compliance in partnership with Fleet
• Work with Technical Training Managers to ensure Technicians receive appropriate training
• Maintain stock levels within the Service Centre
• Ensure correct usage of the ERP system
• Meet objectives regarding Health & Safety, Productivity, Compliance and People Development
• Support recruitment processes and driver routing

Requirements

• Strong communication and team management skills
• Decisive decision making and problem-solving abilities
• Proven record of managing a fast-paced operation
• Full driving licence
• Ability to complete daily reporting
• High levels of resilience and self-motivation

Preferred Qualifications

• National CPC
• Valid FLT Licence
• Knowledge of using a CRM system
