Service Center Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of drivers, driver assistants, and dispatchers
• Manage route scheduling and driver debrief processes to ensure customer service levels
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, environmental health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Promote safety initiatives and conduct regular safety meetings and audits
• Support customer satisfaction by resolving service issues and adhering to SLAs and KPIs
• Oversee service center management including facility maintenance, inventory, and asset management
• Monitor department productivity and implement continuous improvement processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the transportation field
• 2+ years of proven leadership experience
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and standards
• Experience with transportation management software systems
• High School Diploma required; B.S. in an environmental-related field preferred
• Ability to complete 40-hour HAZWOPER training
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver around heavy equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Active CDL
• Experience in the hazardous waste industry
• Knowledge of RCRA regulations
• Experience with Samsara or integrated fleet management software
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies
