Service Center Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day shop operations to ensure products and services meet customer demands and quality standards.
• Develop daily production plans to achieve output targets and meet customer deadlines.
• Supervise hourly workshop and field-based employees, including assigning duties and managing training.
• Monitor and improve shop floor safety, eliminating unsafe operations and maintaining a clean environment.
• Communicate daily with customers to receive/deliver assets and interpret specific job requests.
• Implement corporate initiatives such as 5S and Lean Manufacturing to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with production management to designate workload, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the ordering and distribution of necessary parts and materials.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 2+ years of aftermarket and/or workshop experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Thorough working knowledge of aftermarket operations, equipment, and processes.
• Clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in 12 months; no more than 3 in 3 years).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work overtime and alternate shifts as required by business needs.
