Service Center Specialist II

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional frontline support and information services to students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
• Manage essential campus mail services and print production operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Act as a key resource for technology-related assistance and customer support within the Technology Services division.
• Assist with investigating, monitoring, and managing technical incidents and service problems.
• Collaborate with technology professionals to support the university's academic and administrative operations.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent work or military experience.
• Proven experience in a customer service-focused information technology role.
• Demonstrated ability in problem management and incident management.
• Strong interpersonal skills to assist and support a diverse university community.

Preferred Qualifications

• Core ITIL-related skills for service desk management.
• ITIL and customer service-related certifications.
