About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for technology support, service requests, and information services.
- Provide exceptional service experiences to students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors through various support channels.
- Assist with campus operations including printing, mail services, and library assistance.
- Investigate, monitor, and manage technical incidents and service requests.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment to improve processes and solve digital problems.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent work or military experience.
- Proven experience in a customer service-focused information technology role.
- Demonstrated ability in problem management and incident management.
- Strong interpersonal skills to assist and support a diverse campus community.
Preferred Qualifications
- Core ITIL-related skills for service desk management.
- ITIL and customer service-related certifications.
