Service Center Manager - Light Vehicles

Responsibilities

• Lead and animate the service center team to ensure high performance and engagement
• Manage the operational and economic aspects of the center, including stocks, supplies, and human resources
• Oversee administrative, commercial, and financial management of the light vehicle service center
• Manage commercial relationships with a diverse client base, including both professionals and individuals
• Monitor and analyze commercial indicators to implement necessary corrective actions
• Promote Euromaster policies regarding commerce, safety, and prevention
• Guarantee operational excellence and service quality to increase customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bac+3 degree in a commercial or business-related field
• At least 5 years of successful experience in profit center management
• Proven experience in professional client service
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to unite and motivate a team
• Proficiency with digital tools and office software
• Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and customer orientation
