Service Center Manager

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the safety of employees, customers, contractors, and site visitors
• Manage and support field delivery and service teams to meet workload activities and planning schedules
• Lead team development through coaching, mentoring, career development, and technical training
• Oversee team management activities including recruitment, orientation, and performance improvement
• Maintain high equipment standards and drive process efficiency
• Collaborate with operations, sales, customer services, and logistics teams to build key relationships
• Utilize risk reporting and vehicle fleet management systems to drive improvements

Requirements

• Technical background within Operations
• Proven track record of hands-on management experience
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership, QHSE, and people management skills
• Ability to develop stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively with a customer-focused approach
• Solution-focused mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions
