Service Center Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient service to maximize customer satisfaction
• Administer warranty processes and follow company policies and procedures
• Coordinate and follow up on customer parts and tool orders
• Manage day-to-day operational tasks including cash controls, returns, and paper routines
• Handle branch opening and closing responsibilities, including cash registers and computers
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and occasional warehouse duties
• Maintain branch cleanliness and implement local promotions and programs
• Build and maintain relationships with Field Representatives and Territory Managers

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales is an asset
• Effective communication and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with computers, specifically Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift a minimum of 20lbs
• Ability to stand for 95% of the workday
• Ability to complete tasks within tight time frames and comply with operating procedures

• Prior experience in shipping and receiving
