Service Cashier

Responsibilities

• Review service bills for accuracy and cost
• Calculate customer invoices using dealership software
• Ensure appropriate manufacturer or 3rd party warranties are applied
• Receive and record payments on repair orders
• Relay customer concerns and questions to the service team
• Act as the voice of the dealership to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Professional appearance and grooming
• Strong customer service and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous automotive service cashier experience
• Experience with CDK software
