About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular follow-up calls with customers

- Explain actions taken and their impact on ROI
- Analyze development and compare with previous periods and goals
- Identify improvement opportunities and suggest strategic measures
- Build strong customer relationships and trust to reduce churn
Requirements
- Strong communicator able to simplify data and reports
- Experience in customer dialogue or advisory roles, preferably in digital marketing
- Good understanding of digital marketing (SEO/SEM is an advantage)
- Analytical mindset comfortable with KPIs like CTR, conversions, leads, and traffic
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented
