Service Automation and AI Enablement Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the modernization of end-user support platforms by implementing a robust governance framework for Automation and AI.
• Define and implement development frameworks and governance standards for Automation Anywhere, including agentic automation and AI solutions.
• Act as a technical leader for internal teams, supervising deliverables, validating architectures, and ensuring SLA compliance.
• Develop and implement AI strategies using GenAI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, AEX) and Azure services to optimize incident resolution and operational efficiency.
• Analyze business needs to select optimal automation options (RPA, scripting, AI) to prevent tool redundancy.
• Execute Proof of Concepts (PoC) and intervene in technical projects to ensure the success of medium to high complexity initiatives.
• Audit and centralize fragmented automation efforts into a robust, documented ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, Solution Architecture, or IT Technical Consulting in enterprise environments.
• Advanced Automation Anywhere developer certification (including agentic automation).
• Demonstrable experience in AI enablement and implementing AI capabilities.
• Proven experience in vendor and outsourcing management, supervising managed service providers.
• Strong organizational leadership skills to manage internal teams and collaborate with vendors.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, information security, and technical governance.
• Fluent English with proven communication skills in global, multifunctional environments.
• Experience in the finance and/or manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
