Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Carry out cash management functions, process securities and correspondence, and perform margin activities.
• Greet and assist clients and visitors to the branch, providing exceptional service.
• Create strong partnerships and cultivate relationships with assigned financial advisors.
• Coordinate with the operations function to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain high levels of risk awareness and regulatory knowledge.

Requirements

• 3 years of client service experience within the finance sector.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a focus on finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized with a strong eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Mandarin language proficiency.
