Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude and provide information about gym services and memberships
• Check in members and guests using the gym management system and oversee alerts and notifications
• Process payments for memberships, classes, and retail items
• Maintain front desk organization, manage inventory for beverages and bar items, and ensure the facility is clean and well-stocked
• Address member inquiries and concerns promptly and follow safety protocols

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or a front desk role
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with gym management software
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-focused communication skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Ability to lift more than 40 lbs and move about club floors regularly
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
