Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude
• Provide information about gym services, programs, and membership options
• Address member inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly
• Check-in members and guests using the gym’s management system
• Process payments for memberships, classes, and retail items
• Monitor and manage inventory for coolers, beverages, and bar items
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked
• Conduct gym walks, restock supplies, and complete locker room checks
• Follow safety protocols to ensure member and staff well-being

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or a front desk role
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Attend all mandatory company trainings within 30 days of employment
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with gym management software
• Ability to routinely bend and lift more than 40 lbs
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
