Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Provide information about gym services, programs, and membership options
• Address member inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly
• Check-in members and guests using the gym’s management system
• Process payments for memberships, classes, and retail items
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for coolers, beverages, and bar items
• Complete gym walks to rack weights, pick up trash, and perform facility checks

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or front desk role
• Ability to work overnight hours (10pm - 6am)
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Ability to lift more than 40 lbs
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to move about club floors and rooms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in the fitness industry
• Familiarity with gym management software
