Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude
• Provide information about gym services, programs, and membership options
• Address member inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Check in members and guests using the gym’s management system
• Process payments for memberships, classes, and retail items
• Monitor and manage inventory for coolers, beverages, and bar items
• Support facility cleanliness by conducting gym walks, restocking supplies, and completing locker room checks
• Follow safety protocols to ensure the well-being of members and staff

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or a front desk role
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Attend all mandatory company trainings within 30 days of employment
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with gym management software
• Ability to bend, lift, and move about the club floor; lift more than 40 lbs routinely
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
