Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Serve as an initial point of contact for clients via phone and email
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating client appointments
• Process client requests, transactions, and paperwork in line with firm policies
• Assist in the onboarding process for new clients
• Collaborate with custodians and internal teams to resolve account issues and transfers
• Support advisors with client-related documentation and accuracy
• Provide notary services for client transactions as required
• Maintain up-to-date client records in internal systems

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing administrative role within financial services
• High school diploma or GED required; BS/BA degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with CRM systems and basic financial software
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with custodial platforms
