Service Assistant Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control periodic maintenance programs for elevators and escalators based on established routes
• Ensure the safety, service quality, and business continuity of field teams within the region
• Conduct customer visits regarding maintenance, repair, and breakdown services to ensure company standards are met
• Plan and organize necessary technical training for field teams
• Manage resources effectively through workforce and material planning
• Review work plans regularly to increase operational efficiency
• Provide technical support to the Service Sales team during the proposal preparation process
• Track service maintenance orders to ensure processes move forward correctly and on time
• Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes to drive change

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant Engineering field
• At least 1 year of experience, preferably in the elevator industry
• Experience in managing field teams
• Proficiency in using digital applications for team and product management
• Strong communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset
• Competency in computer usage and data analytics
• Willingness to travel
