About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control periodic maintenance schedules for elevators and escalators based on assigned routes
- Ensure the safety, service quality, and business continuity of field teams within the region
- Conduct customer visits to ensure maintenance, repair, and breakdown services meet company standards and customer expectations
- Plan and organize necessary technical training for field teams
- Manage resources effectively through workforce and material planning
- Review work plans regularly to increase operational efficiency
- Provide technical support to the Service Sales team during the proposal preparation process
- Track service maintenance orders to ensure processes move forward accurately and on time
- Identify and drive opportunities for improvement within operational processes
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant Engineering field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the elevator sector preferred
- Experience in managing field teams
- Proficiency in using digital applications for team and product management
- Strong communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Competency in computer usage and data analytics
- Willingness and ability to travel
