Responsibilities

• Assist the service team in preparing and managing service reception documents, contracts, and reports
• Support the service team in the vehicle reception and delivery process
• Drive/pick up vehicles and take photos of their condition
• Administer and maintain the service customer database
• Actively sell service services

Requirements

• Passion for automobiles
• Experience in automotive service or the automotive industry is an advantage
• Ability to plan work independently and prioritize tasks
• Meticulous, attentive to detail, and creative problem-solver
• Responsible, reliable, and honest
• Fluency in Lithuanian, English, and Russian
• Customer-oriented with high empathy
• Valid Category B driver's license
