About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist workshop customers at the reception desk
- Provide advice to customers regarding general technical matters and inquiries
- Plan workshop appointments and create repair pre-orders
- Record vehicle and order data accurately
- Handle payments and manage vehicle handover to customers
- Ensure smooth operational workflows within the service team
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, ideally in the automotive, hospitality, or catering sector
- Valid passenger car driver's license
- A confident, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Strong commitment to customer orientation and reliability
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or direct customer contact
