Service Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide a world-class customer experience to all Lucid clients
• Drive vehicles for drop-offs, pick-ups, or loaner transfers
• Perform vehicle tasks including test charging at Electrify America stations
• Arrange Lyft rides for internal vehicle moves
• Assist with Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and vehicle hand-over
• Support technicians with basic repairs in the shop
• Move and stage vehicles, deliver parts, and wash vehicles

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Basic automotive knowledge
• Valid driver’s license with no recent suspensions
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Availability for full-time work including weekends
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain forklift certification post-hire
• Willingness to complete CPR training post-hire
