About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a professional and welcoming manner upon arrival
- Support Service Advisors with administrative and operational tasks
- Assist with vehicle check-ins and updating guest information
- Coordinate vehicle movement and communicate status updates
- Maintain organization of repair orders, keys, and service documentation
- Communicate basic service updates and appointment confirmations to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized service drive environment
- Support scheduling activities and dealership operations
Requirements
- Prior customer service, administrative, hospitality, or dealership experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Proficiency with computers, tablets, and dealership software
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
