Service Area Manager Project Management

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire Service Area business including strategies, profitability, marketing, quality, personnel, and competence development
• Combine leadership duties with part-time consultancy work
• Participate in the Service Area management group and the Domestic Region Sweden East management group
• Drive business development and ensure successful, sustainable deals
• Contribute to overall market and competence planning

Requirements

• University degree or Civil Engineer degree
• Extensive experience as a project manager within multidisciplinary infrastructure assignments
• Proven leadership experience, preferably within the technical consulting industry
• Coaching leadership style with a focus on team development and employee well-being
• Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a diverse, international environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Established network within the infrastructure industry
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
