Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the section, including personnel, business, marketing, growth, and profitability
• Build a long-term sustainable operation with high competence and delivery capability
• Lead with a coaching approach to create a thriving work environment
• Drive business development, nurture existing customer relationships, and identify new opportunities
• Participate in the management group for Project and Engineering North

Requirements

• Technical higher education in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation
• Proven experience in leadership and personnel management
• Experience in business and customer relationship management
• Previous experience with budget and P&L responsibility
• A strong professional network in the northern Sweden region
• Business-driven, communicative, and coaching leadership style
