Service Area Manager Electrical Engineering

Responsibilities

• Manage strategy, profitability, and results within the service area
• Ensure quality assurance and lead competence and personnel development
• Drive customer relations and business development
• Collaborate with other regional units to develop the business
• Contribute to the long-term growth and development of the business area
• Build strong teams and establish clear common goals
• Act as a project leader, specialist, or technical advisor in specific assignments

Requirements

• Experience in leadership within a technical environment
• University degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong proficiency in Office 365 and business systems
• Inclusive and development-oriented leadership style
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Business-oriented and result-driven approach

• Experience in project management
• Experience in business development
• Leadership training
• Experience from technical consulting services
• Certification in project management or leadership
