Service Area Manager Bergteknik

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire Service Area operations including strategy, profitability, marketing, quality, and personnel development
• Combine management duties with part-time technical consultancy work
• Participate in the Domestic Region Sweden East management group to influence market and competence planning
• Lead and coach a team of approximately 20 rock engineering consultants
• Drive sustainable business deals and maintain client relationships

Requirements

• University degree or Civil Engineering degree
• Experience as a consultant within rock engineering
• Previous management experience within the consulting industry
• Proven coaching leadership style and ability to motivate teams
• Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in an inclusive environment with international colleagues
