Service Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-level, end-to-end architectures for Automation, Analytics, and AI/ML (AAA) solutions.
• Translate complex business and customer requirements into scalable technical solutions and modular reference designs.
• Create reusable frameworks to orchestrate workflows, automate decision-making, and streamline repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including delivery, engineering, and product to ensure solution feasibility and optimize analytics workflows.
• Drive AAA adoption through thought leadership and by staying current with industry trends and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and support Service Operations Governance.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (ECE, CSE, or IT) or an equivalent technical field.
• 9+ years of total professional experience, with at least 6+ years specifically in AAA (Automation, Analytics, and AI/ML) domains.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Perl.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning concepts and experience with tooling such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience working with big data platforms including Spark or Hadoop.
• Knowledge of telecom operations or 5G Core environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or MBA.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/seaborn.
• Familiarity with cloud analytics services such as BigQuery, Redshift, or Synapse.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based service management.
