Service and Warranty Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Conduct new home service and warranty inspections
• Identify, assess, and resolve building defects and maintenance issues
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and service requests
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, and contractors to complete rectification works
• Provide technical advice and guidance to customers throughout the warranty process
• Build strong relationships with homeowners and deliver exceptional customer service
• Work closely with Service & Warranty Administrators, Technicians, and internal stakeholders
• Manage warranty outcomes in line with company standards, VBA requirements, and industry best practice
• Ensure service requests are resolved efficiently and within agreed timeframes
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the warranty process

Requirements

• Previous experience in Service & Warranty, Maintenance, or Construction within the residential building industry
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and defect diagnosis
• Sound knowledge of VBA requirements, building regulations, and industry standards
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to manage customer expectations and navigate challenging situations professionally
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously
• Current Australian Driver's Licence

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Building and Construction
• Trade qualification within the construction industry
• Experience working within a volume home building environment
