Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer consultation and digital technical order intake
• Create cost estimates and coordinate between customers and the workshop
• Plan, manage, and track workshop orders
• Coordinate customer communication throughout the entire repair process
• Handle vehicle handover after repairs are completed
• Manage invoicing and order billing
• Address customer inquiries and complaints to ensure high satisfaction
• Contribute to the continuous optimization of service processes

Requirements

• Ideally a certified Kfz-Meister or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the commercial vehicle sector is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation
• Valid Class B driving license
• Interest in modern vehicle technologies and alternative drives (e.g., electric, LNG)
• Structured way of working and a strong sense of responsibility
