Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the initial reception process
• Document vehicle symptoms and open official job cards
• Act as a liaison between customers and workshop technicians
• Present repair estimates and obtain customer approvals
• Provide proactive status updates via phone or WhatsApp
• Perform quality and delivery checks to ensure vehicle cleanliness and inspection
• Explain invoices and completed work during vehicle delivery
• Resolve minor customer complaints and follow up post-service

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or Marketing
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
• Good command of English
• Passion for automotive technology and technical basics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
