Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival to create a professional first impression.
• Consult with customers to document vehicle symptoms and open official job cards.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and workshop technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis.
• Present repair estimates and obtain explicit customer approvals before service begins.
• Provide proactive status updates to customers via phone or WhatsApp to manage delivery timelines.
• Perform final quality checks to ensure vehicles are clean and inspected before handover.
• Explain invoices and completed work clearly to customers during vehicle delivery.
• Resolve minor customer complaints and follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or Marketing.
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
• Good command of the English language.
• A genuine passion for automotive technology and a desire to learn technical basics.
• Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or cooperative training (COOP) in customer service or the automotive sector.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
