Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous workshop utilization
• Manage smooth workflows including daily personnel planning
• Lead and develop the service team to ensure high employee and customer satisfaction
• Plan and optimize service processes to maximize efficiency and quality
• Manage budget and cost control for the entire service area
• Collaborate closely with other departments, especially sales and workshop
• Analyze and improve service performance to ensure continuous success
• Take responsibility for results, earnings, and healthy growth within the service area

Requirements

• Completed training as a vehicle mechatronics technician, master mechanic, or automotive clerk
• Experience in automotive retail, ideally in a leadership role
• Comprehensive business administration knowledge
• Industry knowledge and ideally BMW / MINI brand knowledge
• Driving license class B
