About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure continuous workshop utilization
- Manage smooth workflows including daily personnel planning
- Lead and develop the service team to ensure high employee and customer satisfaction
- Plan and optimize service processes to maximize efficiency and quality
- Manage budget and cost control for the entire service area
- Collaborate closely with other departments, especially sales and workshop
- Analyze and improve service performance to ensure continuous success
- Take responsibility for results, earnings, and healthy growth within the service area
Requirements
- Completed training as a vehicle mechatronics technician, master mechanic, or automotive clerk
- Experience in automotive retail, ideally in a leadership role
- Comprehensive business administration knowledge
- Industry knowledge and ideally BMW / MINI brand knowledge
- Driving license class B
