Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their vehicle service/repair needs, and provide accurate cost/time estimates
• Liaise between customers and technicians, ensuring smooth workflow in the workshop
• Upsell additional services and parts while maintaining transparency and trust
• Maintain detailed records of services, inspections, and customer interactions
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
• Monitor job progress and keep customers updated on vehicle status
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an auto garage or dealership
• Strong knowledge of automotive repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics
• Excellent communication and customer service skills (English fluency is mandatory; Arabic is a plus)
• Proficiency in auto service software (e.g., RO systems, DMS)
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
