Responsibilities
- Manage the reception and delivery of goods
- Assist physically with unloading operations and manual handling
- Verify, control packages, and record incoming shipments
- Prepare orders and assist with loading for customer pickup
- Provide customer service at the counter, listening to needs and suggesting complementary sales
- Adhere to safety procedures and internal instructions
- Perform first-level maintenance of storage areas and equipment
Requirements
- Mandatory CACES 1/3 certification
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Commercial mindset for upselling
- Physical capability for manual handling and unloading
- Reliable, dynamic, and team-oriented profile
