About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality service to clients by guiding them through mortgage credit processes, document integration, and financial alternatives.
- Manage and update client records in Salesforce, including file status, fiscal information, and credit values.
- Monitor construction progress and coordinate the scheduling of deed signings with notaries and banks.
- Ensure all documentation meets required checklists and timely submission of INFONAVIT credit information forms.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client needs with empathy and efficiency to achieve high NPS scores.
- Achieve company revenue goals through the timely execution of property deed signings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in mortgage credit management.
- Strong background in customer service and client relationship management.
- Solid administrative and organizational skills.
- Fundamental knowledge of finance and credit processes.
- Proficiency in basic Excel.
- Ability to work autonomously and solve complex problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with notary procedures and legal documentation.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry.
- Experience in credit analysis or sales.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
