About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality service to real estate clients by guiding them through the mortgage credit process, document integration, and formalization.
- Offer financial alternatives and solutions to ensure clients find the best mortgage options for their home purchase.
- Monitor construction progress and follow up on complementary procedures for the signing of deeds.
- Manage and update client records in Salesforce, including file status, fiscal information, and credit values.
- Coordinate the scheduling of signings with various notary offices and banks.
- Ensure the timely delivery of annual programs and INFONAVIT credit information forms (SIC).
- Collaborate with internal departments to achieve company revenue goals through efficient deed processing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in mortgage credit management.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Solid administrative and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of finance and credit analysis.
- Proficiency in basic Excel.
- Ability to work autonomously and solve complex problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with notary procedures and real estate industry workflows.
- Background in sales and professional communication.
- Ability to manage and resolve client disagreements or difficulties effectively.
