Service Advisor, Diesel and Heavy Duty Trucks

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary positive point of contact for customers
• Listen to and accurately document vehicle needs on repair orders
• Communicate vehicle requirements clearly to technicians
• Follow up on vehicles throughout the repair process and provide customer updates
• Manage service appointment reminders and respond to all customer inquiries
• Maintain a professional manner and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Service Advisor experience
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Valid Driver's License
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with Heavy Duty trucks
