Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily records of repairs and delivery
• Handle and respond to inbound calls for internal and external repairs/service
• Review expense reports from mechanics for approval
• Review all open service work orders and ensure all costs are accounted for
• Ensure accurate and real-time statuses on all shop work
• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
• Manage inventory for telematics in system and on ground
• Prepare invoices for customers and send for deductions
• Work on OOS truck and trailer reports and follow up
• Inspect deliveries for accuracy, damage, or discrepancies
• Manage and track truck and trailer parts inventory and order parts as necessary
• Ensure compliance and accurate documentation for audit
• Enter order information correctly into the computerized service ordering system
• Assist parts department in routine inventory counts

Requirements

• College diploma or University degree preferred
• Minimum 1+ years in a coordination role, preferably in service and repair
• Experience in Heavy Truck/Automotive Industry is an asset
• Experience in ordering parts/parts coordination is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
