Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service team to ensure a premium experience.
• Greet customers professionally and accurately record service needs and vehicle concerns.
• Perform vehicle walkarounds and prepare precise job cards with repair and service instructions.
• Liaise with technicians to clarify technical concerns and relay progress updates to customers.
• Generate accurate service estimates, explain costs transparently, and obtain necessary approvals.
• Oversee vehicle handover, including reviewing performed work and providing service reports.
• Process warranty claims in accordance with OEM standards and company guidelines.
• Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and support retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar Service Advisor role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
• Proficiency in Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and service software.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills within a luxury or premium environment.
