About the role
Responsibilities
- Advising and supporting customers for BMW and MINI brands
- Active sales of services, parts, and accessories
- Building customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Independent creation and processing of service orders
Requirements
- Experience as a service advisor, automotive mechanic, service technician, or master mechanic
- Or training as an automotive merchant with strong technical interest/knowledge
- Confident and competent demeanor
- High level of commitment and enjoyment in interacting with customers and colleagues
- Valid Class B driver's license
