About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver extraordinary experiences and create meaningful moments at the Service Counter
- Match clients with products and direct them to the appropriate service areas
- Prepare and package products to ensure an elevated opening experience
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining world-class service
- Manage end-to-end service processes, including client notifications and service auditing
- Support counter operations by managing lines and returning product to the sales floor
Requirements
- Previous experience operating a point-of-sale (POS) system is an asset
- Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- Strong understanding of and passion for the fashion industry
- Understanding of brand vision, style fundamentals, and current trends
- Commitment to quality and delivering results that add value to the business
