About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver extraordinary experiences and create meaningful moments at the Service Counter
  • Match clients with products and direct them to the appropriate service areas
  • Prepare and package products to ensure an elevated opening experience
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining world-class service
  • Manage end-to-end service processes, including client notifications and service auditing
  • Support counter operations by managing lines and returning product to the sales floor

Requirements

  • Previous experience operating a point-of-sale (POS) system is an asset
  • Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • Strong understanding of and passion for the fashion industry
  • Understanding of brand vision, style fundamentals, and current trends
  • Commitment to quality and delivering results that add value to the business
