Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between customers and service technicians to ensure premium service consulting.
• Perform service consulting by collaborating with mechanics on necessary repairs and cost-effective alternatives.
• Drive sales by providing in-depth information regarding available parts, aftersales products, and service options.
• Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure loyalty and high satisfaction levels.
• Manage service documentation, including cost estimation, insurance verification, and payment processing.
• Coordinate with the parts department to ensure necessary components are available for scheduled repairs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an automotive-related field.
• Proven professional experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive dealership.
• Strong industry knowledge of luxury automotive brands (e.g., McLaren, Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, Bugatti).
• Proficiency with industry-specific automotive software.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid UAE driving license.
