About the role
Responsibilities
- Open and close service and warranty jobs
- Process timesheets and complete timesheet reconciliation
- Support invoicing, purchase orders, and e-purchase/e-payables tasks
- Coordinate mobilisation activities for multiple client sites
- Provide general administration support across the service team
Requirements
- Administration qualifications or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a similar administration role
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with TRACK systems
- Familiarity with service, warranty, or accounts payable processes
