Service Administrator

Responsibilities

• Sell spare parts to customers and provide expert advice to agricultural businesses
• Independently process repair orders and create customer quotes
• Manage and review warranty and goodwill claims while handling complaints professionally
• Oversee and maintain spare parts warehouse inventory levels
• Support marketing activities through market and competitor analysis

Requirements

• Technical or commercial vocational training, ideally with an agricultural background
• Experience in spare parts sales within the agricultural machinery industry is preferred
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong customer orientation and a proactive work ethic
• Ability to work independently and enjoy interacting with people
