LE METEOR represents a new version of a historic Alsatian brasserie-restaurant. It is one of the largest brasseries in France, featuring over 900 seats and a 1600 m² surface area, offering traditional Alsatian cuisine with a unique touch.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the dining room and set up for service
• Welcome customers, provide table service, and handle payments
• Maintain thorough knowledge and mastery of menu products
• Contribute to revenue growth through upselling and sales techniques
• Maintain and clean the workstation
