Server/Head Waiter

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests with a high level of professionalism
• Present menus, take orders, and ensure accurate service delivery
• Manage table settings and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area
• Perform mise en place and assist with logistical service tasks
• Provide occasional support for banquets and special events
• Adhere to all quality, hygiene, and safety standards

Requirements

• Several years of confirmed experience in the hospitality industry
• Fluency in both French and English
• Excellent sense of service and professional presentation
• Ability to work effectively in a team and perform under pressure
