Server/Bartender

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, presenting menus, and making food and beverage suggestions
• Mix cocktails and prepare various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including wine and draught beer
• Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or service bars
• Serve meals and beverages to patrons in various locations including dining outlets, lounges, showrooms, and gaming floors
• Process payments using POS systems and cash registers, ensuring correct change and bill totals
• Maintain cleanliness of designated work areas, including glassware, utensils, and condiment stations
• Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations, including Title 4 and PCI compliance
• Perform side work such as slicing fruit for garnishes, making coffee, and restocking supplies

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• 6+ months of previous bartending and serving experience
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handlers Card
• Working knowledge of Arizona State Liquor Laws (Title 4)
• Proficiency with electronic Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
