Server/Bartender

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests before, during, and after their meals according to our service model
• Perform all opening, running, and closing side work
• Work as a respectful and dedicated team member within our team service model
• Ensure guests enjoy their stay completely by using problem-solving skills to correct mistakes with management
• Maintain service awareness to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
• Commit to developing food, beer, wine, and liquor knowledge via on-the-job training

Requirements

• Previous service background is necessary
• High level of hustle, attention to detail, and adaptability
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow through hands-on training
