About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome patrons and seat them as needed
- Learn the menu and answer questions about options
- Take food and beverage orders, including special requests and dietary restrictions
- Run food safely and efficiently from kitchen to table
- Check in with patrons frequently to ensure a satisfactory experience
- Present checks, accept payments, and process transactions
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Clean and prepare tables for incoming guests
